Ya know, there are times I wish I could drink without it killing me. This would be one of them.

[This is the most melancholy Reese has ever sounded. After months he's still here, and the feeling that he might not actually get out of this one is beginning to creep up on him. More than that, more than any of that, he's lonely.]

How's the pain killers working out for you, by the way? Any complications?

Helps with the pain when it flairs up, but I still can't really push myself without threatin' to have an attack.
