Usin' magic tainted my blood. Means without my medicine I can't do much of anything without goin' into an attack, which hurts, a lot. Can barely breathe, body feels like it's on fire, go into coughin' fits, fever, and all that good stuff. Medicine keeps that from happenin'. Also helps with the pain day to day.

[Yeah this sounds like something she really can't help with. Magic doesn't exist in her world.]

What's the medicine made from? I can give you several things to help alleviate the specific symptoms, but that's it.

Ain't sure how much help that'll be. When I get an attack I'm kinda helpless. I'll take some painkillers if ya got 'em though.

Considering I have no idea what that is, you're likely right. But painkillers I can do.

I'll bring something by tomorrow to drop them off, unless you need them now. If you're worried about having an attack, you're going to have to find Sycora. Chances are she can help prevent whatever it is from happening.
